Sarah's Very Fun and Very Complicated Spring Break Plans
Are you ready for this? Brace yourselves: it is complicated, trying to figure out driving times and distances and routes and visit days and spring break schedules and housing and relatives and...
Kat: We are (probably - it's not really certain yet) going to be in Gettysburg next Thursday night. I should be done around 4ish on Friday, at which point we would be delighted to have somewhere to spend the night. We need to leave for North Carolina probably Saturday, but I'm not sure. This depends partially on relatives.
People in South Carolina: I have to be in Columbia Monday night (3/15), and I'll be done shortly after lunch, at which point Salli and I will go shopping (or maybe Salli will go shopping earlier, while I am busy—our father has this thing for boiled peanuts), and then we are almost certain to be going to the Greenville area, since we have family there, anyway. This is Our Big Chance. (Unless I end up going to school in Columbia, of course, in which case we will have lots of chances.) Is anyone even remotely free on Tuesday? Wednesday? (I don't even know where/if we are staying. This depends on relatives. Do you sense a theme? Everything depends on relatives, most of whom are great aunts and uncles I barely know.)
And I apologize for my brusqueness, but it's been a long week (and it's only Wednesday) and I had a midterm and a big French quiz today.
